Where can I buy strips?

The OneTouch Verio strips are subsidised by the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). Simply get in touch with your local pharmacy or NDSS access point and use the NDSS code ‘120’ for the OneTouch Verio strips. Diabetes Australia also list which pharmacies supply these strips.

 

OneTouch Verio strips can also be purchased on our online shop if you are not eligible for subsidised products under NDSS.


How long can I use the same vial of strips once it is opened?

Once opened, they last for 6 months after the opening date.


Where can I buy OneTouch Delica® Plus Lancets?

Simply get in touch with your local pharmacy or visit our online shop. The OneTouch Delica Plus Lancets can be used for the OneTouch Verio Lancing Device and the OneTouch Delica Plus lancing device.


How does the NEW OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device compare with the OneTouch Delica Lancing Device?

The OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device has over 50% less vibration in comparison with the OneTouch Delica Lancing Device. This makes for smoother, more precise testing.*

Testing with the OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device is also less painful compared to testing with the OneTouch Delica Lancing Device.


How do you use the NEW OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device?

Prepare the Lancing Device by following these steps:

  1. Remove the Lancing Device cap
  2. Insert a sterile lancet into the Lancing Device and remove its protective cover
  3. Replace the Lancing Device cap
  4. Adjust the depth setting
  5. Cock the Lancing Device by sliding the button back until it clicks

 

After preparing the Lancing Device, you can now test by following these steps:

  1. Hold the Lancing Device firmly against the side of your finger
  2. Press the release button to puncture
  3. Apply the blood sample following the instructions in your Meter or System Guide for proper sample application
  4. Remove the Lancing Device cap
  5. Cover the exposed lancet tip with a protective cover
  6. Eject the lancet
  7. Replace the Lancing Device cap

Can I use OneTouch UltraSoft® lancets with the NEW OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device?

No, the OneTouch Delica Plus Lancing Device only uses OneTouch Delica Plus and OneTouch Delica Lancets.
