On the 2nd April 2020, Dexcom announced the upcoming obsolescence for Dexcom G4 PLATINUM and Dexcom G5 Mobile at dexcom.com/obsolescence. This specific announcement and timeline is only applicable to residents of the United States.

Customers can continue to order supplies on our online shop amsldiabetes.com.au/shop or through a Pharmacy/NDSS Access Point.

Rest assured that as we introduce new Dexcom generations to the Australian market we will be sure to keep everyone updated on these processes along with any changes that may affect other generations of the Dexcom CGM.
