  • Can be found in the App (Settings > Transmitter > SN), on the box or on the back of the Transmitter
  • Can be found in the App (Settings > Transmitter > Activated On)
  • Located on the Sensor box (7 digits long)
  • Can be found in the App (Settings > Account > Username)
  • Clean sensor site and transmitter with alcohol, snap transmitter firmly into place. If the transmitter is not fully snapped in, readings may not be delivered to the transmitter properly.
