Dexcom G4 PLATINUM manufactured by Dexcom – Supply Update
As of the 1st November 2020, AMSL Diabetes will discontinue the sale of Transmitters and Receivers for the Dexcom G4 PLATINUM Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System directly from AMSL Diabetes.
This announcement does not currently affect those eligible customers that receive their Dexcom G4 PLATINUM through the CGM Subsidy Initiative. Dexcom G4 PLATINUM will still be supplied through this avenue.
Existing customers who still utilise Dexcom G4 PLATINUM will still be supported through the AMSL Diabetes Customer Care Team.
We want our customers to experience the latest in CGM technology and invite you to learn about the Dexcom G5 Mobile or Dexcom G6 systems. For more information on these newer generations click here.
