Dexcom is a continuous glucose monitoring system indicated for the management of (type 1, type 2, gestational) diabetes in people age 2 years and older where self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) is indicated. The t:slim X2 insulin pump is portable insulin infusion pump, including sterile cartridge, that delivers insulin subcutaneously through a disposable infusion set.
‡ If your glucose alerts and readings from the Dexcom G7 do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions; * This product is indicated for persons with diabetes mellitus age 2 years and older where self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) is indicated; † As compared to Dexcom G6 System; § Bolus delivery from the Tandem t:slim mobile app requires a compatible smartphone model and operating system, software version 7.8.1 onwards on the t:slim X2 insulin pump and additional training; || Smart device sold separately.
