Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the Verio® IQ and Verio® FlexTM?

Both meters use the same test strips and provide the same great accuracy. The Verio Flex is for users who want a simple meter that quickly tells them if their results are high, low or in range. The Verio IQ is suited to users who would like the extra information provided by PatternAlert Technology or would prefer a rechargeable battery and test strip port light for testing day and night.

Where can I buy strips?

Simply get in touch with your local pharmacy and use code ‘120’ for the OneTouch Verio strips. Diabetes Australia also list which pharmacies supply strips.

Where can I buy lancets?

Simply get in touch with your local pharmacy (API the wholesaler supply these for pharmacies) or visit our online shop! The OneTouch Ultrasoft lancets can be used for the OneTouch Verio IQ Lancing Device and the OneTouch Delica lancets can be used for the OneTouch VerioFlex Lancing Device.

How do I charge the OneTouch® Verio® IQ?

With every meter, you receive a free USB outlet and wall outlet so you can recharge the meter at your convenience – no more battery replacements are required!

How long can I use the same vial of strips once it is opened?

Once opened, they last for 6 months after the opening date.
